Provincial immigration draws held in Manitoba and Prince Edward Island

Manitoba and Prince Edward Island recently invited candidates to apply for provincial nomination through their Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), opening doors to new opportunities in Canada.

Manitoba PNP Draw Results (Feb 14–21)

Manitoba held two draws on February 20, prioritizing highly educated candidates and those with direct invitations.

In the International Education Stream, 19 candidates received invitations. To qualify, applicants needed to have a master’s degree or higher and a close relative in Manitoba who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, living there for at least a year.

The Skilled Workers Overseas Stream invited 22 candidates who had received direct invitations through a strategic recruitment initiative. The lowest score accepted in this draw was 711. In total, 41 Letters of Advice to Apply were issued, including 7 to candidates with valid Express Entry profiles and job seeker validation codes.

Prince Edward Island PNP Draw Results (Feb 14–21)

PEI held its second draw of 2025 on February 20, inviting 87 candidates through the Labour Impact and Express Entry pathways. This draw targeted candidates who have been living and working in PEI for at least a year. Priority was also given to graduates from key educational institutions, including the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), Holland College, and Collège de l’Île.
